Elaborated from the varieties Tempranillo, Garnacha and Cabernet Sauvignon.

It presents an intense violet red color, with mature fruits flavour and vainilla and toasted shades, giving way to a structured and ample taste.

Technical Specifications:
Coming from vineyards located in Campillo de Alboloduy on an average altitude of 800 m. by espalier-system crop on slaty soil. Controlled fermentation with fermentation of skins during 8 days in inox. steel tanks in constant temperature of 25º C so we get its maximum organoleptic potential.

After the alcoholic fermentation, the flower wine is obtained and then, it passes to new inox steel tanks. where the malolactic fermentation begins in a controlled temperature of 20º C.
6 months aging in american oak medium-toasting barrel and 6 months of resting time in bottle in a constant temperature of 16º C.

Note of tasting:
It displays a shining violet red color, with mature fruit flavour and spice shades, and with a smooth, balanced and intense taste. An own-character wine.
