Elaborated from local and traditional varieties: Jaén Blanca and Tintilla, coming from vineyards in more than 30 years old and cultivated in dry farming.

It displays a shining cherry red color, with fruit flavour and spice shades, and with a smooth and intense taste.

Technical Specifications:
Coming from vineyards located in Campillo de Alboloduy on an average altitude of 800 m. by vessel-system crop on slaty soil. Controlled fermentation with fermentation of skins during 8 days in inox. steel tanks in constant temperature of 25 º C so we get its maximum organoleptic potential.

After the alcoholic fermentation, the flower wine is obtained and then, it passes to new inox steel tanks. where the malolactic fermentation begins in a controlled temperature of 20ºC.
2 months aging in American oak medium-toasting barrel and 4 months of resting time in bottle in a constant temperature of 16ª C.

It displays a shining cherry red color, with fruit flavour and spice shades, and with a smooth, balanced and intense taste. An own-character wine.
