Technical Specifications:
Coming from vineyards located in Sierra de Gador on an average altitude of 950 m. on limestone soil and in El Campillo in Alboloduy on an average altitude of 750 m. on a slaty soil.
Controlled fermentation with fermentation of skins during 10 days in inox. steel tanks in constant temperature of 28 º C so we get its maximum organoleptic potential. After the alcoholic fermentation, the flower wine is obtained and then, it passes to new inox steel tanks. where the malolactic fermentation begins in a controlled temperature of 20ºC.
12 months aging in french oak medium-toasting barrel and 12 months of resting time in bottle in a constant temperature of 16ª C.
