Technical Specifications:
Coming from vineyards located in Paraje de Montenegro to an average altitude of 1,000 m. cultivated in dry land by vessel-system crop on slaty in soil.
Destemming, crushing and soft pressed grapes. Decanting by cold process (8-10º C) from the obtained grape must during 48 hours.
Grape must fermentation along 15 days in inox. steel tanks starting in 15ºC and finishing in 20ºC.
