INTRODUCTORY COURSE TO winemaking and wine tasting (DEPARTURE FROM GRANADA)

Theoretical-practical course take place in the facilities of the Bodega de Alboloduy, given by the winemakers and Falcó Mercedes Cristina Calvache

PROGRAM
· 09:00 – Departure by bus from the roundabout towards Alboloduy Congress Palace (Valenzuela Tapas).
· 10:30 – Visit to the vineyards of Alboloduy Campillo. Spot on the cultivation of the vine.
· 11:00 – Start of the theoretical-practical course of Oenology and Wine Tasting approx. 3 hours in duration.
· 14:00 Lunch at the Restaurant of Luis Pena Alboloduy. Typical menu ALPUJARREÑOS.
· 16:00 - Talk technical facilities of the winery where they explain the process of developing different types of wine.
· 16:30 - Delivery of Diplomas of Attendance to the course.
· 17:30 – Departure by bus to Granada.
